The single varietal “Limited” is produced in limited quantities only from Hondroelia of Halkidiki, and it contains the highest amount of antioxidants like polyphenols, in comparison with the most extra virgin olive oils. The basic characteristic of the varietal CHONDROELIA is that through it the greek olives with bigger pulps are produced with a pulp-pit proportion 6 to 1.
What makes it so unique is its extremely low acidity, the fruity aromas of freshly cut grass and banana, the delicate and pleasantly bitter taste and the spicy aftertaste. It has a blurry but bright green color that reveals the rich density of nutrients and mild processing conditions.
