In order to create the purest olive oil, it is important to have a deep knowledge of our land’s traditions and combine them with the most advanced scientific methods. Every day, specialized scientists inspect our 6000 olive trees, which we have integrated in the Integrated Management System.
We also apply organoleptic and chemical analyzes on all our products, on a regular basis. This is the only way to completely ensure the quality control of our products in our bottling facilities. The entire procedure –from the field to the consumer- is ISO and HACCP certified, while our products are PDO, ΑGROCERT and INAB certified.
